The productivity of the workers was very good; they well earned the not-small cost of the work. Our community is a large condominium complex of 366 homes with driveways, a large clubhouse and parking lot, sidewalks and seven miles of roads. Hoffman and their crew are diligent and courteous. They do a great job of clearing the roads, driveways, and sidewalks. Regardless of the amount of snow they clear the entire complex every time. They come back and check for returning ice after a storm and in the spring repair any damaged Belgium blocks, grass areas etc.Regency utilizes many service providers year-round and Mike Hoffman and his team are one provider that we never worry about and never have to check on for their quality of work.

We worked with Bob Doerflinger to design an extension of our driveway including stonework and landscaping. Bob was great to deal with, very pleasant, responsive and professional. He worked well with the town to get the necessary approvals. I would use him/Hoffman again.
Last fall I called Hoffman to discuss building a vegetable garden and refreshing some of the landscaping at my new home. One of their designers, Rick King, came out and spent over an hour walking the property with me and discussing my vision, budget, and time frame. His expertise was immediately apparent and his laid back demeanor put me at ease. He taught me a lot about the plantings on my property and how to care for them myself. Within a week I had comprehensive proposals broken out by bed for my entire property so I could easily pick and choose what I wanted to do and when. Rick even came back out to review the proposals in person and show my wife and I pictures of the plantings he had selected.I reconnected with Rick in March and they just installed a beautiful and functional vegetable garden which we are very pleased with. The crew got it installed in a day and a half and were a pleasure to work with. Darrick, the foreman, was onsite multiple times each day and extremely communicative. The guys doing the work were warm and friendly and tolerated my 4 year old helping them truck soil and mulch down with his toy wheel barrow. I even caught them cleaning up and organizing his toys as they packed up their gear at the end of the day.I'm very happy I chose Hoffman and have no problem recommending them, I look forward to working with them again soon.
Hoffman is great to work with! They are responsive to the needs of the property and are constantly working to maintain it in the highest quality. Even though they are a relatively big operation, they treat their customers as if they are the only customer they have. Truly special service!

Hoffman has provided landscaping and winter services for our weekend home for at least eight or nine years. Over these years they have been consistent in providing careful attention to our property under all weather conditions. Without my ever asking for it, I regularly find a "property check" email that is extremely helpful and comforting when I am away. I also commend their consistently spotting lawn and landscaping issues as they develop, and their responsiveness to issues I may otherwise notice or question. While surely there are less expensive alternatives to Hoffman, Justin Nickerson has proven to be a reliable, valued partner who makes Hoffman overall worth the cost.
